Add a callout note
A floating note on a plate, with a leader line you drag to whatever the note is about.
A callout is a text box that points at something. Click to place the note, then drag its tip onto the word, figure or signature block it refers to; the leader stays attached when you move the box. It is the same annotation as a plain text box in every other respect — same fonts, same colours, same undo, same export — so anything you already know about text boxes applies. The arrow tool cannot do this: an arrow is a box’s diagonal, which can gesture at a region but cannot point at a word.

Available in the editor canvas. Choosing it arms the page for the next click rather than opening a panel.
Typed into the workspace command bar, any of these opens this tool. They are the assistant's own routing examples, not a rewrite of them.
