Import & export form data
Reads a form’s answers out to FDF or CSV, and fills them back in after a field-by-field review.
Form data import & export treats the answers as the thing worth keeping, separately from the PDF that holds them. Export writes every field to FDF — what Acrobat and other form tools read — or to a CSV you can open and edit. Import reads either back and shows you, field by field, exactly what will happen before anything is written: which values land, which are adjusted (a spreadsheet’s “Yes” becoming a ticked box, or “north carolina” matched to the option that exists), which name no field on this form, and which the form will refuse. Nothing is filled until you have read that list.
Works offline. Once this page has loaded, the tool never contacts the network again.
Nothing leaves your device — the document is processed locally in this browser.
Needs a document that already has form fields. To create fields on a document that has none, use Sign & Fill.
Typed into the workspace command bar, any of these opens this tool. They are the assistant's own routing examples, not a rewrite of them.
