Export a markup summary
Lists every annotation and comment as Markdown, CSV or plain text. Reads only — the PDF is untouched.
Markup summary turns the marks on a document into a list somebody can read without the document: every highlight, note, box and comment, in reading order, page by page, as Markdown, CSV or plain text. Replies are kept with the comment they answer. It reads and never writes — no page is changed and nothing is flattened. A redaction is listed so the record is complete, but the text it covers is never printed: that text is the reason the redaction exists.
Works offline. Once this page has loaded, the tool never contacts the network again.
Nothing leaves your device — the document is processed locally in this browser.
Exports what is in the editor's own markup, including marks not yet exported to the PDF.
Typed into the workspace command bar, any of these opens this tool. They are the assistant's own routing examples, not a rewrite of them.
