Remove duplicate pages
Finds repeated pages by content, text and appearance, and lets you review every one before any is removed.
Remove duplicate pages proposes; it never removes on its own. Three signals run: identical page content, which means the pages came from the same source object and cannot be a false alarm; identical text, which catches a re-exported copy but also matches blank pages, boilerplate signature pages and forms where only the handwriting differs; and a rendered comparison, which is the only signal that catches a duplicated scan. Only the first is pre-ticked. Blank separator pages are excluded from text matching outright — twelve blanks in a bundle are its structure, not eleven duplicates — and the first occurrence of anything is always kept.
Works offline. Once this page has loaded, the tool never contacts the network again.
Nothing leaves your device — the document is processed locally in this browser.
Nothing is removed until you tick it. Text and appearance matches are shown unticked because they can be wrong.
This tool changes or removes content. It writes a new copy — the file you opened on disk is never modified — but check the result before you rely on it.
Typed into the workspace command bar, any of these opens this tool. They are the assistant's own routing examples, not a rewrite of them.
