Stamp APPROVED or DRAFT
Stamps APPROVED, REJECTED, DRAFT or CONFIDENTIAL on chosen pages, with the date and your initials.
Status stamps put a fixed, ruled mark on the page — APPROVED, REJECTED, DRAFT or CONFIDENTIAL, or a word of your own — with the date and your initials underneath. The point of the presets is sameness: the same word, the same colour, the same corner on every document in a file, so a reviewer flicking through forty PDFs can see the verdict without reading. It is placed on the page as DISPLAYED, so a scan that carries a rotation is stamped where you see it, not where the file happens to store it, and every stamp is drawn with an embedded font so the result stays PDF/A-eligible.

Nothing leaves your device — the document is processed locally in this browser.
Adds a mark; it does not remove one. To take a stamp off again, undo it in the panel before you close the document.
Typed into the workspace command bar, any of these opens this tool. They are the assistant's own routing examples, not a rewrite of them.
